LFF audience loves serious topics

We have reached the end of the festival week, which means it is time for – awards! Among 22 documentaries that competed in this years's LFF, the audience decided to give the audience award to The Thin Line. Audience's second favorite film is Dum Spiro Spero, followed by News from Laayouna.

Every night during the festival, the audience voted for films that were the part of the competition, giving them grades from 1 to 5. With a high middle grade of 4,65, LFF's faithful audience decided to give its award to The Thin Line , a moving documentary by Nina Mimica and Paola Sangiovanni on the topic of war rapes in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Somalia. „Fght“ for the award that many authors consider to be their favourite, was not easy at all. Dum Spiro Spero by Pero Kvesić took the second place with the grade of 4,54,  News from Laayouna by Đuro Gavran got 4,50, and the top five list is finished off with Third Best by Arsen Oremović (grade: 4,46) and Free by Tomislav Žaja (4,45). 

Award to the winning film will be handed out by our hardworking volunteers tonight at the award ceremony.
