Miloš Jaćimović is a Serbian cinematographer working between New York City and Southeast Europe. His recent credits include "My Late Summer" (2024), directed by Academy Award winner Danis Tanović and selected as the opening film of the 30th Sarajevo Film Festival, and "The Uncle" (2022), which received the Proxima Jury Special Award at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. His collaborations with director Ivan Ikić include "Oasis" (2020), which premiered at Venice, won the Europa Cinemas Label, and was selected as Serbia’s official submission for the Academy Awards, as well as "Barbarians" (2014). His first feature as cinematographer was "Tilva Roš" (2010), winner of the Heart of Sarajevo Award for Best Film. Jaćimović has received several awards for cinematography, including honours from the Serbian Association of Cinematographers, SEEfest Los Angeles, the City of Belgrade, and the Manaki Brothers International Cinematographers’ Film Festival. He studied cinematography at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and has taught and mentored film students and emerging filmmakers through workshops, masterclasses, and guest lectures. "Zalazak" is his feature directorial debut.
