ABOUT THE MOVIE
This film is a kind of reminiscence of the famous Lumiere brothers film, the first film ever recorded. After more than a hundred and twenty years, we recorded a movie of the same title in Zagreb, trying to follow the famous brothers in every way. So we set a camera at the exit of several factories in Zagreb. Gredelj, Kamensko, Nada Dimić, ... and recorded.
However, nobody came out of the factory because it’s shut down and ruined beyond recognition.
Zvonimir Rumboldt
Born 1969 in Split (Croatia), where he finished high school and music school. Played waterpolo; won a European cup, played for Under 17 national team. Sang and played in various rock bands. Studied medicine in Zagreb (Croatia) and Padua (Italy). Graduated from Academy of Dramatic Arts, University of Zagreb, in 2003.Works as director and AD on film, TV, and theatre. Member of Film Artists Association Of Croatia since 1998, president of Directing Department 2010-2012.Member of Croatian Freelance Artists' Association since 2011. Assistant professor at the University of Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Arts (course: Screen acting) since 2006. Author of university textbook on screen acting „Acting For The Camera“ 2014. Lecturer at numerous film workshops and member of juries at various film festivals.
