ABOUT THE MOVIE
Ten years after ending her relationship with her father, the filmmaker attempts to imagine the man she no longer knows. Through family archives, animation, and traces of legal documents, the film unfolds as an intimate cinematic letter about time, absence, and forgiveness.
Lucija Ana Večerina
Born in Zagreb in 1994, she holds a BA in English and French Language and Literature and graduated in Documentary Film Editing from the ZeLIG School for Documentary, Television and New Media in Italy. She also completed the Restart School of Documentary Film, where she made her first short documentary, Escape Route (Mjesto za bijeg). After several years living and working in Berlin, she returned to Zagreb, where she is currently completing an MA in Documentary Film Directing at the Academy of Dramatic Art. She has worked on several Croatian and international productions, including "Zweisamkeit" (2022), "Hollywoodgate" (2023), and "Rosa Alchemica" (2025). She speaks English, French, Italian, and German, and is a member of the Croatian Association of Film Workers (DHFR).
